Provide compassionate care as a Personal Support Worker in our Seniors Living villages. Engage with Residents daily, ensuring their comfort and happiness while supporting their needs within a warm environment.
As a Personal Support Worker with us, your primary role will revolve around assisting Residents with activities of daily living and fostering companionship. You’ll also be responsible for keeping their spaces clean, updating the care team on any changes, and supporting colleagues during events. Your input will directly improve practices daily, making a positive impact on the Residents' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Residents with daily living activities
• Provide companionship to promote well-being
• Complete Point-of-Care tasks for each Resident
• Maintain cleanliness in Resident areas
• Communicate updates to the care team
Requirements:
• Certified as a Personal Support Worker or Health Care Aide
• Recent Vulnerable Sector Screening (within last 6 months)
Utilize your PSW skills to enhance the lives of our Residents while enjoying a supportive and fun workplace.
