Location: Blenheim
Bayshore Health Care in Blenheim, ON, seeks dedicated Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to deliver high-quality, client-centered care n a compassionate team focused on client independence and well-being.
As a Personal Support Worker at Bayshore, you will be essential in providing personal care services that cater directly to client needs. You will work closely with Home Support Supervisors and interdisciplinary teams to support clients in their daily activities, ensuring dignity, safety, and emotional well-being. The position requires a proactive approach to documentation and care delivery in accordance with established plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personal care according to established care plans
• Assist clients with daily living activities
• Observe and document client conditions accurately
• Implement infection prevention and workplace safety practices
• Engage in professional development and training opportunities
Requirements:
• PSW Certificate or recognized equivalent
• Clear Criminal Record Check required
• Experience in home health is a strong asset
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
• Excellent communication skills in English
