As a key player in Cyderes, you'll spearhead technical implementations of IAM solutions, directly liaising with clients to ensure their needs are met. Your responsibilities will include analyzing requirements, developing effective solutions, and compiling detailed documentation such as test plans. Work closely with project and engagement managers to maintain delivery quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical expertise in SailPoint for client projects

• Assist in gathering customer business and technical specifications

• Produce comprehensive documentation for system implementations

• Work collaboratively to meet project deadlines and budgets

• Nurture strong customer relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint ISC / IDN

• Expertise in lifecycle workflows and automated provisioning

• Knowledge of SQL databases and UNIX/Linux environments

• Proficiency in Java or Power Shell scripting

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
