As part of the procurement team at Autoliv, you will focus on indirect purchasing activities necessary for operational efficiency. This role is critical in managing supplier contracts, ensuring compliance, and optimizing costs through strategic sourcing initiatives. Leverage your negotiation skills to develop supplier relationships while leading cross-functional projects and providing market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute local procurement activities aligned with sourcing strategies

• Negotiate contracts to achieve value for the organization

• Lead RFQs and sourcing initiatives across facilities

• Monitor supplier performance and implement improvements

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify savings opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required

• 1-5 years in Purchasing or Procurement

• Strong negotiation and supplier management expertise

• Familiarity with ERP systems like JDE or Coupa

• Excellent analytical and communication skills
