Maintenance Supervisor at RS

Location: Tilbury

Elevate plant operations as a Maintenance Supervisor at RS, driving equipment reliability and safety in a collaborative manufacturing setting. You'll lead maintenance efforts, troubleshoot issues, and support skilled trades.

In this role, you will report directly to the Manager, Facilities & Maintenance. Your focus will be on coordinating daily maintenance tasks, overseeing work orders, and minimizing downtime. With 3-5 years in maintenance and a technical diploma, you will excel in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily maintenance operations for efficiency and safety

• Review downtime reports and coordinate repairs timely

• Guide skilled trades staff with troubleshooting assistance

• Oversee work order management for timely completion

• Drive safety compliance through detailed procedures

Requirements:

• Technical diploma in Mechanical or Electrical fields

• 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Familiarity with CMMS and maintenance planning

• Knowledge of industrial safety regulations
