Maintenance Manager in Manufacturing

We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Manager with leadership experience in manufacturing. This role demands strong knowledge in preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, while ensuring equipment reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production and Engineering, to support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily maintenance activities across all shifts

• Collaborate with teams to prioritize operational needs

• Monitor equipment performance and analyze downtime trends

• Drive initiatives for preventative and predictive maintenance

• Manage maintenance planning and scheduling with eMaint

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of performance maintenance practices

• Experience with CMMS systems, especially eMaint

• Proven troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

• Strong communication and leadership abilities
