Reporting directly to the Facilities & Maintenance Manager, this role emphasizes supporting the production of composite utility poles. You will coordinate repairs, lead safety initiatives, and assist with administrative functions, ensuring operational continuity. Your interaction with skilled trades staff, coupled with hands-on troubleshooting, will be critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze equipment performance and coordinate repairs

• Support skilled trades with ongoing maintenance needs

• Supervise safety work order development and follow-through

• Maintain inventory and oversee stockroom ordering

• Facilitate building repairs and vendor coordination

Requirements:

• Post-secondary technical degree or diploma

• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience

• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Familiarity with maintenance management systems

• Comfortable working in industrial environments
