Conagra is looking for a Manufacturing Team Lead to drive production quality and efficiency. Engage in team leadership to achieve operational goals.

In this role, you will lead efforts to ensure that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. Oversee team members, provide necessary training, and enforce safety standards to create an environment focused on quality and team engagement. Your leadership will be essential in meeting production goals and enhancing overall business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor production to meet quality and cost benchmarks

• Train and guide employees in effective job execution

• Assist with maintaining a clean and safe workspace

• Ensure compliance with operational rules and regulations

• Support the execution of standard work processes

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s preferred

• Supervisory experience in manufacturing (1-3 years)

• Experience in food-processing environments preferred

• Capable of lifting and moving items up to 40 pounds

• Awareness and adherence to safety protocols
