Position Responsibilities
  • Identifying opportunities to increase the effectiveness of the transformation process and lead the optimization of these processes.
  • Creating, implementing, auditing and coaching on performance improvement programs which impact the daily results and effectiveness of all employees.
  • Leading and supporting the completion of detailed continuous improvement plans.
  • Leading technical improvement projects.
  • Reviewing and making improvements by using performance data such as effectiveness, line stops, quality defects, to maintain a safe environment and eliminate contamination sources.
  • Leading regular performance improvement meetings.
  • Acting as a facilitator in regard to problem solving skills.
  • Supporting and leading development activities for autonomous maintenance and related continuous improvement programs.
  • Drive employee engagement, training, and development to maximize manufacturing, quality, safety, and productivity goal attainment.
  • Ensure all quality and regulatory standards, specifications, and policies are met or exceeded.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years manufacturing experience.
  • 3–5 years management or supervisory experience.
  • Food industry experience in a union environment preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Industrial Management, Engineering, Food Science, Management, Product Operations, or equivalent field of study.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP system.
  • Technical problem‑solving experience.
  • Team player, collaboration, risk‑taking, and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication.
  • Ability to lead teams and achieve results through resources.

Compensation

Pay Range: $62,000–$91,000. The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
