Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for process optimization

• Implement and audit performance improvement programs

• Lead continuous improvement and technical projects

• Analyze performance data for quality assurance

• Conduct regular performance improvement meetings
Requirements:

• 3–5 years in a manufacturing capacity

• Supervisory experience preferred

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
