Conagra Brands is seeking an Afternoon Shift Supervisor to oversee plant operations. You will direct team members to execute daily production plans while monitoring performance against quality, productivity, and cost targets. With 1-3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred, you will be accountable for problem-solving and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead team to fulfill daily production objectives

• Address operational bottlenecks through team collaboration

• Monitor and maintain production performance standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus

• 1-3 years supervisory experience preferred
