Production Associate at Arctic Glacier

Join Arctic Glacier as a full-time Production Associate in Chatham, Ontario. You will operate manufacturing equipment, coordinate product flow, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the Production Associate's role involves monitoring production lines and performing minor troubleshooting. Your responsibilities will include inspecting product quality, lifting and moving materials, and maintaining a clean work environment. Effective communication and analytical skills are essential as you'll record logs and manage inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor assigned production lines

• Coordinate product movement to skids

• Examine product for quality control

• Record daily logs of packaging waste

• Inspect date codes for accuracy and legibility

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of production experience preferred

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly

• Strong communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving ability

• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
