Production Associate

Join Arctic Glacier as a Production Associate in Chatham, Ontario, and drive the efficiency of our production line. Focus on operating machinery, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring food safety standards.

As a Production Associate reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the operation of manufacturing equipment that feeds raw materials into production. You will also handle basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to maintain production efficiency while monitoring product quality and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production lines for efficiency

• Coordinate product movement from production to skids

• Examine products for quality and safety compliance

• Record daily logs of packaging and waste materials

• Inspect date codes for accuracy and legibility

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years production experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
