Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce all health and safety guidelines on the floor

• Supervise daily production of casting products

• Conduct regular inventory management counts

• Develop production plans with the scheduler

• Facilitate effective training programs for employees

Requirements:

• Experience in foundry or related metal production

• Technical knowledge of foundry processes advantageous

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with software applications and ERP systems

• Effective communicator with team and clients
