Experienced Plant Manager at CPM

Location: Blenheim

Lead plant operations at CPM Holdings as the Plant Manager in Blenheim, Ontario. Your expertise will ensure high-quality production and compliance with safety standards.

In this critical position, you will manage all manufacturing processes for pellet mill dies, reporting directly to the Director of Global Die Manufacturing. Your hands-on leadership will guide a small team, focusing on continuous improvement and coordination across maintenance, production, and quality control functions to achieve overall plant objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee regulatory compliance and execute safety initiatives

• Develop and implement operating plans to meet plant objectives

• Continually assess and improve the facility’s operations

• Promote a strong company culture centered on teamwork

• Engage in recruiting to cultivate a strong workforce

Requirements:

• At least 7 years in plant production management

• Significant experience with metal machining practices

• Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems is essential

• Strong skills in Continuous Improvement and problem-solving

• Ability to effectively manage staff relationships
