We are seeking a Development Officer for a temporary full-time role at our Foundation. With at least five years of fundraising experience, preferably in healthcare, you will create compelling donor proposals and meet fundraising targets. This position requires collaboration with staff, volunteers, and healthcare professionals to build strong relationships and ensure effective stewardship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and cultivate potential donors
• Secure major gifts ranging from $10,000 to $100,000+
• Develop and present proposals to prospective contributors
• Collaborate with foundation staff and healthcare leaders
• Meet and exceed established fundraising targets
Requirements:
• Minimum five years of fundraising experience
• Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred
• CFRE designation is an asset
• Proficient in donor management systems
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
