Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medication and manage health records

• Monitor and report on residents’ health changes

• Ensure compliance with health guidelines and safety protocols

• Train and supervise junior nursing staff

Requirements:

• Current RPN registration with the CNO required

• Graduate from a Practical Nursing program necessary

• Experience in long-term care settings is preferred

• First Aid and CPR certifications needed

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills important
