Position: Registered Nurse for Extra-Mural Program
Become a vital part of New Brunswick’s hospital without walls as a Registered Nurse in the Extra-Mural Program. Provide coordinated patient care in homes and communities across the province.

This full-time permanent position requires rotating shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. As an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. Your nursing expertise in family practice, surgical, palliative care, or oncology will enhance patient care and foster collaboration among team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Holistically coordinate care for diverse patient populations

• Assess and evaluate patient needs consistently

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary health professionals

• Implement care plans aligned with patient goals

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Nursing

• Registered or eligible with Nurses Association of New Brunswick

• Minimum two years of nursing experience in relevant specialties

• Valid New Brunswick Class 5 Driver’s License

• Current CPR Level C certification or commitment to obtain soon
