Position: Full-Time Registered Nurse in Kent
Join the New Brunswick Extra-Mural Program as a full-time Registered Nurse based in Kent. Provide exceptional nursing care in clients' homes while working within a supportive team environment.

This position involves rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Your role is to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the holistic care of patients, collaborating closely with an integrated team of healthcare professionals. With at least two years of specialized nursing experience in family practice, surgical, palliative, or oncology care, you will help enhance patient outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate care effectively for each patient

• Assess ongoing patient needs and health status

• Develop and implement individualized care plans

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

• Maintain confidentiality and complete ethical documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Active registration with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick

• Minimum two years’ nursing experience in relevant fields

• Valid New Brunswick Class 5 Driver’s License

• CPR Level C certification or willingness to obtain
