RPN Clinic and Community Nurse

Role Overview

Bayshore Health Care provides home and community health care services in Canada.

• Deliver compassionate and reliable nursing care tailored to each client’s needs.
• Manage client care plans, administer medications, monitor health status, and provide education to clients and families.

Availability for 12‑hour shifts: 8 am – 8 pm, minimum of 7 shifts bi‑weekly, and availability for every other weekend rotation.

• Graduate from an accredited or recognized School of Nursing (evidence required).
• Current Registered Practical Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse registration in good standing.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in French is an asset.

• Clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening.
• Proof of being free from TB.
• Two supervisory references.
