Professional Practice Lead Kent

Enhance patient care as a Professional Practice Lead in Chatham-Kent, Ontario. This temporary, full-time position requires an experienced Registered Nurse to mentor and support nursing staff.

The Professional Practice department is seeking a dedicated leader with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent. Candidates must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a focus on critical thinking and adult learning principles. You will play a pivotal role in guiding quality patient care and nursing practices over the course of the position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor nursing staff in best practices

• Provide direct patient care in an acute care environment

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care

• Maintain high attendance and responsiveness to patient needs

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in Ontario

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) required

• Experience in acute care patient settings

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Preferred Master's Degree in relevant fields
