Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized care plans

• Supervise and evaluate personal care staff's performance

• Orient and train new team members adequately

• Ensure competency in accordance with College standards

• Provide consistent documentation and communication

Requirements:

• Valid registration with College of Nurses

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proven professionalism and compassion in caregiving

• Proficient in critical thinking and time management

• Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening
