As a Temporary Full-Time Staff Education Coordinator, you are tasked with leading educational initiatives for nursing staff at Meadow Park Chatham. Your leadership will play an integral role in fostering a supportive environment for continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement nursing education programs
• Evaluate staff competencies and educational needs
• Ensure compliance with health documentation standards
• Coordinate orientation for new staff and residents
• Direct management of health and safety programs
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• 2 years experience in long-term care (gerontology) preferred
• Ongoing commitment to professional development
• Computer literacy required
• Strong documentation and accountability skills
