Part Time ICU​/PCU Nurse Kent

Join the team at Chatham-Kent, Ontario, as a part-time Registered Nurse in ICU/PCU. This temporary position emphasizes critical care skills and teamwork for optimal patient outcomes.

This role is open to ONA bargaining unit members, offering temporary regular part-time hours from ASAP to September 22, 2026, based on job share arrangements. Qualified candidates must have a Current RN Certificate as well as ACLS and BCLS certifications. Recent critical care experience is a must, along with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and provide critical patient care

• Collaborate within healthcare teams for patient plans

• Maintain thorough documentation of patient conditions

• Educate staff and patients regarding care interventions

• Implement resource utilization initiatives

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse Certificate of Competence in Ontario

• Preferred BScN with 2 years recent critical care experience

• Current ACLS and BCLS certifications required

• Knowledge of CCIS systems

• Completion of cardiac critical care course module
