Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver compassionate nursing care tailored to each client's needs
• Foster relationships with patients and their families for better health
• Conduct thorough assessments and monitor patient progress
• Assist in empowering patient independence and dignity
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to enhance care
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Valid RPN registration with provincial body
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable vehicle and driver’s license
• Strong English proficiency;
French considered an asset
