Overview
Truly Green Farms is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IPM Coordinator to support our Operations Manager in daily greenhouse operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring healthy crops, effective operations, and a positive greenhouse environment. Only candidates eligible to work in Canada may apply.
What You’ll Do- Monitor crop health, scout for pests and diseases, and assist with pruning and crop maintenance.
- Support biological and chemical applications while following all safety and food safety protocols (Canada
GAP). - Collect and record crop data accurately, including plant growth, environmental conditions, and pest observations.
- Participate in crop production meetings and assist with operational planning.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized greenhouse areas.
- Post-secondary education in horticulture, environmental science, food safety, or biosecurity.
- 2+ years of greenhouse or crop production experience preferred but not required.
- Team player with attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of plant health, pest management, and IPM practices.
- Basic computer skills for data recording and reporting.
