Position: Inspector for Coating Line Quality Assurance

Select Finishing is seeking a skilled Inspector specializing in coating line quality assurance. Your expertise will ensure that every part meets stringent quality standards through precise inspections.

In this role, you will work independently to perform advanced quality checks and manage corrections on production lines. You’ll also document workflows and mentor junior team members, enhancing the production team’s overall effectiveness. With a hands-on approach, you will identify opportunities for process improvements while overseeing packaging accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections for compliance with quality standards

• Resolve defects through precise rework tasks

• Track production counts and quality records efficiently

• Train and mentor general labourers on inspection processes

• Lead efforts to optimize workflow efficiency

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent compulsory

• Minimum of 2–3 years in production roles

• Advanced understanding of finishing and inspection processes

• Proven documentation skills for workflow tracking

• Experience in training team members preferred
