The Quality Assurance Technician is essential to Barry Callebaut's commitment to quality in food manufacturing. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct microbiological and analytical testing of samples
• Monitor compliance with food safety regulations
• Document results and manage traceability records
• Support audit preparations and internal evaluations
• Participate in sensory evaluations for product quality
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in a relevant science field
• Minimum two years of food manufacturing experience
• Laboratory experience is required
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Knowledge of SAP is advantageous
