About the RoleCustomer Service Representative for the LCBO summer retail positions at 188 Lindsley Street West, Dresden (May4–Sept7,2026). You will serve customers using the cash register system, handle transactions, ask for donations during the Spirit of Sustainability Campaign, and participate in customer experience surveys. You will also receive products, restock shelves, maintain store cleanliness, lift up to 40lb cases, and provide friendly and helpful assistance.
Responsibilities- Serve customers using our cash register system, promptly, courteously and responsibly, providing a positive and memorable customer experience.
- Ask for donations for our partner charities (our Spirit of Sustainability Campaign).
- Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys.
- Receive product, replenish it on the shelves, face‑up products.
- Ensure our store is clean, organized and safe for all (clean up spills and broken bottles).
- Lift cases of various sizes and weights (up to 40lbs/18kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods.
- Comfortable working with people (teammates and customers).
- Must be legally allowed to work in Canada (valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit).
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.
- Agree to complete a Criminal Background Check, at your own expense, before starting work with the LCBO.
- Friday (5:00PM – Close).
- Saturday and Sunday (available all day for a 4‑to‑8‑hour shift).
- Long weekends:
Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day. - Additional availability:
Monday–Thursday (based on store needs). Schedules posted two weeks in advance. Extra shifts may come up on short notice.
