Customer Service Associate in Retail

Become a Customer Service Associate and facilitate enjoyable shopping experiences. Handle transactions, assist customers, and ensure the store is well-maintained and stocked.

This role as a Customer Service Associate involves engaging with customers and supporting their shopping needs. You'll manage cash register operations and provide assistance with product inquiries. Moreover, your attention to store cleanliness and inventory management will uphold the high standards we pride ourselves on.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by answering questions and recommending products

• Operate the cash register for sales transactions

• Maintain security and integrity of cash and assets

• Ensure adequate stock levels and recover merchandise

• Clean store areas, including restrooms and common spaces

Requirements:

• Preferred high school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in retail or customer service

• Capable of lifting between 30 and 50 lbs. as required

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Excellent relationship management and decision-making abilities
