Position: Dollar Tree Customer Service Associate

Be a vital part of Dollar Tree's team in Wallaceburg, Ontario, as a Customer Service Associate. Provide outstanding service, manage cash transactions, and keep merchandise organized and stocked.

As a key member of the Dollar Tree Canada team, you will assist customers while ensuring a clean and well-maintained store environment. This part-time role requires strong customer service skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage various tasks. You will engage with customers, support sales activities, and help maintain store standards every shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with questions and offer recommendations

• Process and manage cash transactions efficiently

• Ensure security protocols and protect company assets

• Stock shelves and maintain an organized shopping area

• Uphold cleanliness across all store areas

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Prior experience in customer service roles preferred

• Physical ability to lift 30-50 lbs. as needed

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
