Take on the role of Customer Service Representative with LCBO in Dresden this summer. Focus on providing memorable customer experiences and supporting sustainability initiatives.

From May 4 to September 7, 2026, you'll take charge of cash register operations and engage with customers directly. Your responsibilities will also include asking for donations, restocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness in the store while lifting products weighing up to 40 pounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve customers effectively using the cash system

• Request donations for the Spirit of Sustainability Campaign

• Engage in customer experience polling and surveys

• Stock and organize products throughout the store

• Ensure a clean, safe store environment for customers

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in Canada

• Bilingualism in English and French is advantageous

• Able to complete a Criminal Background Check

• Comfortable lifting heavy items and standing for long hours

• Must enjoy working with customers and teammates
