Role Overview
As a Stage Experience and Services Lead – Full Time, you will oversee all Worlds on-stage and manage service, class, and event execution within a specific Sephora location. Worlds include Color, Skincare, Sephora Collection, Fragrance, or a combination of these. You will ensure that all Services Coordinators and cast members perform Sephora’s services to the highest standards, execute the Sephora selling model, and provide outstanding client service so the store achieves and exceeds company objectives.
Responsibilities- Training & Development – Ensure that Services Coordinators are effectively trained to manage the Studio and drive services daily. Execute cast training outside of Daily Dose, partner with district experts for product, category, and brand training, and facilitate Sephora training sessions whenever possible.
- Maintain a Coaching Culture – Participate in the selection, training, and certification of all SUBC facilitators and coaches. Ensure facilitators and coaches maintain or exceed expectations by regularly attending classes within the store.
- Makeup & Skincare Passion – Demonstrate artistry skills by conducting custom makeovers and mini‑makeovers and providing skincare services as needed.
- Passionate about Clients – Regularly act as the Director in Charge (DIC) within the store and engage with cast and clients on‑stage whenever possible.

- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Strong client service skills.
- Effective time management and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage time and execute multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
Salary ranges between CAD $22.20 and CAD $26.10 per hour. Final pay will depend on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors relevant to the position and location.
