At One Plant, the Store Manager role is vital to achieve financial goals and ensure compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of retail management experience and a passion for building strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for training, coaching, and maintaining a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all retail store operations daily

• Lead team on the retail floor three days a week

• Confirm compliance with cannabis legislation

• Manage inventory and scheduling efficiently

• Foster community relationships and partnerships

Requirements:

• Cansell Certification is mandatory

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred

• Familiarity with cannabis laws and regulations

• Committed to exceptional customer service

• Strong judgment and creative problem-solving
