Join Sephora as the Beauty Experience Lead and oversee stage services in a dynamic retail environment. Manage teams and deliver outstanding client engagement.
In your full-time role, you will lead the Stage Experience and Services operations at a key Sephora location. Your focus will be on training Services Coordinators to excel in their roles and ensuring seamless service delivery across various beauty worlds. You'll actively engage with clients and the team, embodying Sephora’s values of client passion and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train for effective daily service management and standards
• Foster a coaching culture through ongoing development
• Show artistry through makeup applications and skincare
• Engage with staff and clients as Director in Charge
• Promote Sephora’s values of innovation and respect for all
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in a comparable role
• Excellent problem-solving and client service skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Flexible availability for peak retail hours
• A fervent interest in beauty and client satisfaction
