Position: Customer Service Expert LCBO Summer Role
Location: Blenheim

Join LCBO as a Customer Service Representative this summer and provide an engaging experience for customers in Blenheim. Work from May 4 through September 7, 2026, and become an essential store expert.

This summer role at LCBO seeks individuals passionate about customer service, capable of learning about our extensive product line. In training, you will master store operations while ensuring customers receive top-notch service. Be ready to interact positively with patrons and help uphold store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate cash register and assist customers promptly

• Engage in customer service surveys and request donations

• Stock shelves with new products and maintain cleanliness

• Manage the store's organization and safety protocols

• Lift and move product cases, sometimes up to 40 lbs

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older

• Valid work authorization in Canada required

• Strong communication skills and comfort with teamwork

• English and French bilingualism advantageous

• Completion of a Criminal Background Check required
