In this position, you will engage with customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored recommendations. You should ideally have experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is necessary, along with a commitment to achieving sales targets and staying informed on new products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create positive customer experiences to enhance loyalty
• Understand and recommend appropriate products and services
• Engage customers effectively to increase return visits
• Drive revenue by meeting sales targets
• Stay knowledgeable about new technology and assist customers
Requirements:
• Minimum of 32 weekly hours including flexible shifts
• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong customer interaction and communication skills
• Second language proficiency preferred
• Must be available for minimum continuous hours for shifts
