This part-time Cashier position supports a high level of customer service at Giant Tiger checkouts. You will record transactions, replenish checkout merchandise, and maintain a clean, organized work area. The schedule mixes days, evenings, and weekends, up to 24 hours weekly.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-level customer service at checkouts
- Record transactions accurately using registers and self checkouts
- Replenish merchandise around checkout areas
- Maintain clean, organized checkout work areas
- Follow health, safety, loss prevention, tobacco, and lottery policies
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail during transactions
- Ability to work independently and within teams
- Ability to lift and move up to 18 kg
