Child and Youth Supported Living Worker

Support Linck’s mission as a Supported Living Service Worker, aiding children and youth in a full-time contractual role. Engage in flexible shifts for ongoing supervision and care delivery.

Linck Child, Youth and Family Supports is looking for two full-time Supported Living Service Workers committed to providing 24/7 support. This role involves assisting children and youth with care, supervision, and guidance while maintaining a secure and welcoming environment that encourages their growth. Candidates must work effectively with a diverse care team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide around-the-clock care for children and youth

• Facilitate supervision and personalized programming

• Work closely with the care team for optimal support

• Foster a constructive and understanding environment

• Tactfully manage inquiries and provide assistance

Requirements:

• Two-year diploma in child and youth work

• Up to three months of relevant experience

• Current certification in First Aid, CPR, and CPI

• Valid G driver’s license and use of a personal vehicle

• Fluency in French is advantageous

Deliver compassionate support to children and youth through Linck’s dedicated services.
