Position: Supervisor for Supported Living at Linck
Lead the supported living services as a Supervisor with Linck Child, Youth & Family Supports. This full-time position involves a commitment to service excellence for vulnerable children and youth.

In this role, you will partner with the Supported Living Day Supervisor to coordinate a dedicated team. You will oversee the daily operations of the program, ensuring that staff provide safe, supportive care. Your previous experience in child welfare and capacity for mentorship will be key in driving successful outcomes for youth awaiting placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day program operations and team schedules

• Mentor staff to enhance service delivery for children

• Develop comprehensive living arrangements and plans

• Ensure compliance with the Child, Youth and Family Services Act

• Foster collaboration with internal and external partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Child and Youth Care preferred

• Relevant experience in residential treatment settings

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Commitment to equitable and inclusive services

• Ability to drive and access a reliable vehicle
