Supported Living Worker

Position: Full-Time Supported Living Worker Roles
Join Linck Child, Youth and Family Supports as a full-time Supported Living Service Worker. This contract role involves around-the-clock support for children and youth in a nurturing environment.

Linck is seeking two supported living workers for a six-month contract. You will work shifts that cover day, afternoon, midnight, and weekends, providing essential care, supervision, and guidance to children and youth needing assistance. Collaboration with the care team is vital to ensure positive development and secure placement management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 24/7 supervision and care for youth

• Deliver programming and emotional support to residents

• Collaborate effectively with the care team

• Ensure a warm and secure environment

• Utilize computer skills for documentation

Requirements:

• Two-year diploma in child and youth work preferred

• Up to three months of related experience

• Current First Aid, CPR, and CPI certification

• Valid G driver’s license and personal vehicle

• Ability to communicate in French is an asset
