Position: Supported Living Supervisor with Linck Agency
Join Linck Child, Youth & Family Supports as a Supported Living Supervisor, providing much-needed leadership in a full-time capacity. Flexibility in scheduling is a key aspect of this role.

In this vital role, you will work alongside the Supported Living Day Supervisor to provide comprehensive support to youth in care. The responsibilities include guiding staff, coordinating team schedules, and ensuring all operational needs are met effectively. Your leadership will maintain a safely structured environment for those you serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise a support team for youth care

• Manage team schedules and operational tasks

• Lead staff to encourage safe living arrangements

• Develop and implement service plans for youth

• Ensure compliance with CYFSA and foster care guidelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field preferred

• Demonstrated experience in child and youth care

• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities necessary

• Familiarity with therapeutic approaches beneficial

• Access to a personal vehicle and valid license required
