Supported Living Service Worker Positions

Linck is currently hiring for two full-time positions to assist in caring for children and youth around the clock. You will work varied shifts, providing essential supervision and programming while ensuring a safe, accepting environment for growth. A collaborative approach with your care team will help meet the needs of the youth in your care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and care for youth 24/7

• Provide programming and emotional support

• Collaborate with other care professionals

• Manage documentation and use technology efficiently

• Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere

Requirements:

• Two-year diploma specializing in child and youth work

• Up to three months of relevant experience

• Certification in First Aid, CPR, and CPI required

• Personal vehicle and valid G driver's license

• French language skills are an asset
