Key Responsibilities:

• Chair reviews ensuring children's plans are effectively delivered

• Monitor authority's performance regarding children's care

• Support children in understanding their plans

• Build relationships with caregivers and partner agencies

Requirements:

• Recognised Social Work qualification and registration

• Substantial experience in Children's Social Care

• Experience chairing reviews or confidence to transition

• Ability to challenge constructively

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
