In the role of Supervised Access Lead, you will oversee the operations of the Supervised Access Program. You will ensure a supportive environment for children and families while mentoring staff and providing immediate responses to emergencies. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle challenging family dynamics and interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of Supervised Access sessions

• Mentor staff in providing high-quality support

• Rapidly respond to facility emergencies as necessary

• Develop comprehensive documentation for access activities

• Collaborate respectfully with families and children

Requirements:

• Two-year diploma in a relevant field

• 1-3 years of related experience in child services

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle

• Ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds
