Position: Republic Services HazMat Technician Driver
Location: Tilbury

Pursue a pivotal role at Republic Services as a Haz Mat Industrial Services Driver/Technician. Safely transport hazardous materials while operating various vehicles in adherence to regulations.

This role emphasizes safety and compliance, where you will handle diverse waste streams across multiple vehicle types. Your duties will include maintaining essential records and conducting thorough inspections. You’ll ensure accurate placarding and load securement while also assisting in field service projects, enhancing customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate box trucks and roll-offs for waste pickup

• Maintain logs and waste manifests meticulously

• Ensure compliance with weight limit regulations

• Conduct regular vehicle inspections for safety

• Assist with lab pack and facility housekeeping

Requirements:

• Valid Class AZ Commercial Driver’s license with necessary endorsements

• Understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems

• Proficiency with hand and shop tools

• Strong accuracy and attention to detail

• Customer-focused engagement in daily tasks
