Compliance Manager, Business

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a leading logistics organisation based at their Heathrow warehouse facility. We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Manager to support the business across regulatory compliance, audits, governance, customs processes, and risk management. This is an office-based role, working Monday - Friday in the London Heathrow area. Key responsibilities of a Compliance Manager:
Managing internal and external compliance audits Supporting customs clearance and MOU compliance processes Assisting with Civil Aviation Authority compliance requirements Developing and improving risk & compliance frameworks Supporting Health & Safety initiatives across the business Chairing risk committee meetings and providing compliance guidance Liaising with regulatory bodies and key internal stakeholders The Successful Candidate will have:
Previous Compliance Management experience Customs clearance knowledge including MOU/BIRDS - essential Strong understanding of UK compliance and regulatory frameworks Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Strong analytical and organisational skills Benefits of the Compliance Manager opportunity:
