You will report to the Commercial Manager and oversee cost control, subcontractor performance, and payment processes, ensuring value for money and timely delivery.
Essential requirements include a Degree or equivalent, experience in utilities/civil engineering/MEICA, NEC3 familiarity, and a track record of developing junior staff.
