Medway Area – Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–5:30 pm (1‑hour lunch). No weekends.

We are seeking an experienced and customer‑focused Service Advisor to join a well‑established, reputable main dealer group. The role offers strong earning potential, structured manufacturer training, and long‑term career progression.

• Act as the main point of contact for service and repair customers.
• Book vehicles for servicing, maintenance, and warranty work.
• Advise customers on required and recommended work.
• Liaise with workshop technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare estimates, invoices, and service documentation.
• Deliver consistently high levels of customer service.
• Manage queries and resolve issues professionally.

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confident IT and administrative ability.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Professional and team‑oriented approach.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

• Basic salary: £28,000–£30,000 (negotiable).
• Uncapped bonus (average £6,000 per year).
