As a Supply Teacher working with Tailor

You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons or learning    activities, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and ensuring pupils are inspired to     achieve their best. The Ideal Candidate Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

Proven experience delivering lessons within a UK school environment

Strong subject knowledge and the ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons

Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

A passion for supporting the progress and wellbeing of all learners

Flexibility to adapt to different school environments and year groups
